The user shall have the right to supervise whether the staff of BVI provide the service to the user in accordance with the standards published by BVI during the period of receiving the service from BVI, can also be at any time to Beishijie Technology Limited and products and services related to the comments and suggestions.
If the user is under the age of 18, this agreement shall be read with a guardian, and after obtaining the consent of the Guardian to the use by the user of the services provided by BVI, to the payment of fees to BVI, and to all the provisions of this agreement, access to the APP services provided by Beishijie Technology Limited Once enjoy the services of the APP, to Beishijie Technology Limited after the payment, do not accept a refund for minors!

Article 3 Intellectual property claims

- Beishijie Technology Limited will inform you of these requirements through the appropriate channels and you should comply with them.
- Any rights not expressly granted to you under this agreement are reserved by Bayview Technology Limited.
Article 4. Software license and restrictions
- If the user agrees to accept all the terms of this agreement, bVI agrees to grant users the rights to use the software and services of BVI in a non-commercial, revocable, changeable, non-proprietary, non-transferable and non-transferable manner. Users may install BEM Vision Technology Ltd. software on mobile smart devices or computer terminals for personal use within the scope of authorization, we also run a copy of our software through the pipeline designated by Beishijie Technology Limited and enjoy the service provided by Beishijie Technology Limited. The license granted by Beishijie Technology Limited under this agreement is for personal use. If a user needs to use BVI software and BVI services outside the scope of personal use, or uses BVI software and BVI services for any commercial purpose, the user should contact BVI Technology Co. , Ltd. and obtain authorization from BVI Technology Co. , Ltd. . Any installation, use, access, display, operation and commercial use without the permission of Beishijie Technology Limited is an infringement of Beishijie Technology Limited .
- Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, the user shall not (for profit or not for profit) perform any of the following acts without the prior written consent of Beishijie Technology Limited:
(1) to copy, copy, de-compile, disassemble, disseminate and exhibit all or part of the programs, manuals and other visual and audio-visual materials of the software of Beishijie Technology Limited , or reverse engineering any features or programs in Bayview software.
(2) public display and broadcasting of all or part of the content of Bay Vision Software/bay vision services in various forms and on various platforms including but not limited to webcasting platforms, websites, apps, etc. .
(3) leasing or selling the software or engaging in any profitable activity with the software of Beishijie Technology Limited .
(4) modify or cover the service name, company logo, trademark/copyright information, other intellectual property declarations, etc. on the contents of the software programs, videos, animations, packages and manuals of Beishijie Technology Limited.
(5) any other violation of the trademark law, the copyright law, the regulations on the protection of computer software, relevant laws and regulations and international treaties.
Article 5 Tariff policy
Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to determine the terms and conditions of payment for software and services provided by Beishijie Technology Limited, Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to adjust the tariff policy as necessary.
The specific charging method and standard, including but not limited to the software charging standard of Beishijie Technology Limited , the right to use virtual goods in the APP, and the specific charging standard of value-added services (if any) , etc. , by Beishijie Technology Limited in the App Store or other APP release channel, App Store Props, Props Purchase Interface, APP official website and other APP modules, to the network APP industry in the form of general release.

Value-added service tokens are obtained by the exchange of US dollars. Article 6 APP virtual goods

All kinds of virtual goods in the APP, if there is no special mark on the use period, the user will be allowed to continue to use until the end of the service of Beishijie Technology Limited If there is a special indication of the term of use, the term of use shall be subject to the term specified by the special indication. If the term of use is exceeded, Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to withdraw its use right at any time without notice to the user (the use period shall not be interrupted or suspended for any reason) .
Article 7 Registration, use and custody of user account
The account registered user undertakes to register the account of Beishijie Technology Limited with these accounts (hereinafter referred to as“User accounts”) . User account usage and retention

You are obligated to properly take care of your user account and password, and use them correctly and securely. (2) you shall enjoy the rights and bear the responsibilities according to law for the actions of the user account you hold.

(5) if Beishijie Technology Limited verifies that the personal valid identity information provided by the user or proves that it is consistent with the registered identity information, it shall take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account.
(6) in violation of paragraph (5) above, Beishijie Technology Limited fails to take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account, thereby causing losses to the user, shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
(7) if the user does not provide his or her personal valid identity information or proof, or if the personal valid identity information or proof provided by the user is inconsistent with the registered identity information, Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to reject the above request of the user.

Article 8 User Information Protection and collection
Beishijie Technology Limited shall disclose its privacy protection policy and personal information utilization policy to users in a clear and visible manner when requesting information related to their personal identity, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information. Article 9 BVI's obligations

- Comply with the terms of this agreement and other relevant rules and regulations (including, but not limited to, the terms of service for the e-mail account of Bay Vision Technology Limited as agreed by the user, and the rules and regulations published by Bay Vision Technology Limited on the official website of the APP or in the APP) ; Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (if the user is outside the People's Republic of China, also comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region) .
Article 11 Improper APP behavior
(1) opposed to the basic principles established in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
(2) endangering state security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity
(3) harming the honor and interests of the state
(4) inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity
(5) undermining the religious policy of the state and propagating cults and feudal superstitions
(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability
(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting a crime
(8) insulting or defaming others or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others
(9) propagandizing or abetting the use of plug-ins, private servers or Trojan horses;
(10) publish any home page address or link which Beishijie Technology Limited reasonably determines to be inappropriate or not approved by Beishijie Technology Limited
(11) it contains other contents prohibited by the law of the People's Republic of China and administrative regulations.
Users are not allowed to use BVI software, BVI services or participate in BVI activities through improper means or other unfair means.
Users shall not interfere with the normal provision of software and services by Beishijie Technology Limited , including but not limited to: attacking and hacking the web servers of Beishijie Technology Limited , or in a concentrated period of time to exceed the normal user login needs of the high frequency of login or attempt to log on to the server so that the site server overload; Crack, modify the Shell Vision Technology Co. , Ltd. provided by the Shell Vision Technology Co. , Ltd. software program; Attacking, hacking into or overloading the APP server/APP server side programs of Beishijie Technology Limited; Using BVT's software through abnormal or illegal channels (including but not limited to logging into the APP server using BVT's software) ; The use of abnormal methods to login to apps (including but not limited to the use of third-party software developed, authorized or approved by non-bay Vision Technology Limited, system login apps) , the use of external software such as network accelerators or robot programs to maliciously disrupt the service facilities and disrupt the normal service order; Modifying, translating, annotating, sorting, compiling, and deducing bay vision software; Make use of the software or online APP system may exist technical defects or loopholes in various forms for themselves and others to profit (including but not limited to copying APP virtual items, etc.) or engage in other improper acts.

Article 12 Interruption, suspension and termination of services
Suspension and termination of user services

(2) if the user commits any improper act while receiving the service from Beishijie Technology Limited , Beishijie Technology Limited has the right to terminate the service provided to the user. The specific circumstances of the improper conduct shall be expressly stipulated in this agreement or belong to the prohibited conduct that is clearly notified in advance by BVI to be terminated from service, otherwise, Beishijie Technology Limited shall not terminate the service to the users.
(3) Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to discontinue all or part of the services provided to the user if the user provides false registered identity information or commits any act in violation of this agreement; The company shall notify the user of the termination measures and the termination period, the termination period shall be reasonable, and the company shall resume the service to the user in time.
(4) the burden of proof shall be on Beishijie Technology Limited to discontinue or terminate the provision of partial or full services to its users in accordance with subparagraphs (1) , (2) and (3) of this subparagraph.
Interruption, suspension or termination of the operation of the APP server

Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to terminate or partially terminate the provision of Bay Vision Technology Limited's services as it deems necessary, upon notice given 60 days prior to such termination.
No matter what the reason for the termination of Bay Vision technology limited service, users should take appropriate measures to deal with their own virtual APP items, including but not limited to the cancellation or stop using user account, APP virtual goods and other related matters. Users shall not claim any form of indemnity or compensation from BVI for the total termination of BVI's services other than the APP virtual currency purchased but not yet used by users, including, but not limited to, claims for damages arising from the cessation of use of user accounts, APP virtual goods, etc.
Article 13 Combat Systems Special Mention
Certain Bay vision services may include combat systems in which users are free to fight each other. (7) using APP behavior and APP content to organize or participate in gambling, committing or participating in the commission of suspected crimes such as stealing other people's property or virtual goods;
(8) any other in-APP profit-making behavior that is not intended for the normal entertainment and interaction needs of the APP.
Beishijie Technology Limited has the right to take the following measures against users who seek improper benefits at the same time: all user accounts (including but not limited to accounts that obtain, transfer, or sell APP virtual items) that participate in obtaining improper benefits shall be deducted, APP virtual items taken Beishijie Technology Limited reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of users.
Article 19 Role protection rules

Article 21 Damages
If your violation in the APP causes damage to Beishijie Technology Limited, Ltd. or a third-party manufacturer, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability, in addition, the company has the right to take all reasonable actions in respect of its own damage, including but not limited to the withdrawal of virtual items from the APP, Beishijie Technology Limited, Ltd. also has the right to recover the loss from you and require you to Bear Beishijie Technology Limited reasonable recovery costs.
Article 22 Force Majeure
Beishijie Technology Limited is not responsible for the loss caused by force majeure. Article 23 Other agreements
The conclusion, performance, interpretation and settlement of this agreement shall be governed by the law of the People's Republic of China to the exclusion of all other conflict of laws. If for any reason any provision of this agreement is found to be wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of this agreement shall remain in force and enforceable.
